Pet Policy
Cats and dogs no larger than 30 lbs fully grown, limited to two pets per apartment. Pet Fee is $300.00 due at move-in. ( $150 non-refundable one time charge) Pet Deposit is $150.00, due at move-in, is refundable at move-out provided there are not damages from the pet. Monthly Pet Rent is $25.00 per month.
